Download the APP named H Band by scanning the QR code of the manual or the QR on the watch.
How to connect the phone?
First, open your phone’s Bluetooth, then find Bluetooth of the watch in APP; Bind the device by H Band app, not Bluetooth Setting of the phone.（Pleas update your phone system up to iOS 8.0+ or Android 4.4+ if the connection failed）.
How to set a time or language?
Time and language will be automatically synchronized with the phone after a successful connection.
Why the heart rate of the watch is delayed？
CUBOT C3 watch heart rate measurement is not real-time detection, but if you click the heart rate module in the “H band” app, there will be data after a while, this way can save the most power.
Why is there no sleep monitoring during the day?
The sleep mode of the C3 watch can only be measured at night by default, not during the day.
The watch cannot get messages from the phone?
First, Authorize APP to get messages from the phone, then Open App–More action–Settings–Allow notification. Then it will work.
Why the Bluetooth connection is unstable？
Bluetooth will be disconnected if the user turns off the APP. Kindly keep the APP running when using the smartwatch. Also, please set the phone to allow the APP to run in the background.
